Concierge Program Agreement

1. Introduction

This Concierge Program Agreement ("Contract") is entered into by and between Offered.ai, inc. DBA Landidly, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," and program participant, hereinafter referred to as "the Candidate," effective from accepting these terms during checkout.

2. Program Details

The Company agrees to provide the Candidate with an employment assistance program ("the Program") designed to assist the Candidate in accepting a full-time, accepted offer of employment.

3. Program Components

The Program includes the following components:

  • 45-minute 1:1 onboarding session with a Landidly coach
  • Full resume review
  • Full LinkedIn profile rewrite
  • Job application automation setup and optimization
  • Job narrative creation
  • Ongoing chat and video support via the community
  • Weekly workshops
  • Introductions to network of recruiters who actively promote your profile to their networks

4. Payment Terms

4.1 The Candidate is entitled to $200 per month via PayPal, disbursed the first Tuesday of every month for up to 9 months. There is no disbursement the first month for new candidates.The Candidate must submit the reimbursement form by the first Monday of every month in order to receive the payment. The Candidate must still be open to work and actively pursuing a new position to receive reimbursement as indicated in the reimbursement form.

4.2 The total reimbursement will not exceed 9 months ($1,800 total). 

4.3 3-week risk-free trial begins when the Candidate initiates payment. The Candidate can get a full refund within 3-weeks of beginning the trial. 

5. Verification of Employment

5.1 The Candidate agrees to complete the monthly reimbursement form and agrees to answer truthfully. 

5.2 The Company reserves the right to use internal and external job verification tools to confirm the accuracy of the Candidate's responses.

5.3 Any misrepresentation or false reporting in the survey, where the Candidate claims to not have accepted an offer of full-time employment but is later found to have done so within 90-days, will result in the Candidate being charged an additional penalty fee of $1,000, which is non-refundable.

6. Commitment to the Program

The Candidate agrees to commit to the Program by:

  • Attending the 1:1 coaching onboarding session.
  • Attending scheduled peer meetings. 
  • Attending scheduled recruiter meetings
  • Completing offline tasks as assigned by the Company during onboarding.
  • Actively executing the Company's recommendations within reason.

7. Termination of Contract

The Company reserves the right to terminate this Contract and remove the Candidate from the Program in the event of:

  • Non-compliance with Program requirements.
  • Breach of any terms outlined in this Contract.

8. Community Guidelines

By signing this Contract, the Candidate agrees to abide by our Community Guidelines as outlined in the Terms & Conditions, ensuring respectful behavior and privacy standards during all interactions.

9. Agreement to Terms

By accepting these terms, the Candidate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined herein.

10. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States.

11. Entire Agreement

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Candidate regarding the Program and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
