These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the requirements, expectations, and limitations of the Landidly Job Guarantee Program (“Program”). By enrolling, the client (“You”) agrees to the conditions described below.
1. Program Description
The Job Guarantee Program provides active job search support, including personalized role targeting, introductions to recruiters and hiring partners, and promotion within Landidly’s network. If you do not receive and accept a qualifying job offer from an introduction made by Landidly within 4 months of your program start date, you may request a full refund of your program fee.
2. What Qualifies as a Job Introduction
A “Job Introduction” is defined as:
- A connection initiated by Landidly or its recruiting partners,
- That introduces you directly to a company or recruiter for an open role,
- Through email, LinkedIn, or another mutually agreed upon communication channel.
Roles you find or apply for independently do not count as Landidly introductions.
3. Guarantee Eligibility Requirements
To remain eligible for the money-back guarantee, you must:
- Actively participate in the program, including:
- Responding to communications and introductions in a timely manner
- Showing up to scheduled interviews or meetings with recruiters
- Maintaining open, timely communication about job preferences, availability, or changes
- Apply to or engage with opportunities introduced by Landidly in good faith until you have found new employment or exit the job search.
- Accurately represent your experience, background, education, and employment history.
Failure to participate reasonably may void the guarantee at Landidly’s discretion.
4. What Fulfills the Guarantee
The guarantee is fulfilled when:
- You receive and accept a job offer for a role introduced to you by Landidly or a Landidly recruiter partner.
If you receive an offer from one of our introductions but choose not to accept it, the guarantee is considered fulfilled.
5. Refund Conditions
You may request a refund if:
- You have not received and accepted a qualifying offer from a Landidly introduction within 4 months, and
- You have met all eligibility requirements listed above.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 10 business days after the 4-month period ends.
Refunds will not be granted if:
- You failed to reasonably participate in the program
- You misrepresented your background or withheld material information
- You were unresponsive or failed to complete required steps of the process
- You accepted any job (from any source) and did not notify Landidly
6. What Is Not Included in the Program
To avoid ambiguity, the following are not included in the Job Guarantee Program:
- Interview coaching or interview preparation services
- Weekly check-ins or ongoing coaching sessions
- Direct placement or employment guarantees outside of introductions
- Salary guarantees or role-specific guarantees
This program focuses primarily on introductions and targeted outreach.
7. Program Duration
The guarantee period begins on the date your onboarding is complete and your job search has officially started. The duration is 4 months unless otherwise stated in writing.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Maintain professionalism in communication with employers
- Attend interviews and complete all steps of hiring processes initiated through our introductions
- Notify Landidly immediately if you receive any job offers
- Notify Landidly of any changes to your job search goals or constraints (location, salary, schedule, etc.)
9. Landidly Rights & Limitations
Landidly reserves the right to:
- Decline program enrollment if we believe we cannot reasonably support a candidate’s goals
- Modify recruiter outreach strategies based on market conditions
- Determine whether a client has met participation requirements
- Refuse a refund if eligibility requirements are not met
The Program does not guarantee a specific number of interviews, introductions, or outcomes beyond what is stated.
10. Payments & Non-Refundable Items
Except for refunds provided under the guarantee, all fees paid for the program are otherwise non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
11. Termination
Landidly may terminate your participation in the program if:
- You violate the Terms
- You demonstrate unprofessional behavior toward recruiters or partners
- You become unresponsive for 14+ days
- You provide false or misleading information
Termination for any of the above reasons voids the guarantee.
12. Agreement
By enrolling in the Landidly Job Guarantee Program, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood these Terms
- You agree to comply with all participation requirements
- You understand the conditions under which refunds are granted or denied
